Payment Policy
We accept payments via PayPal.
Sales tax will be charged in the following states: Pennsylvania 6% Philadelphia 8%
Unpaid items will result in disputes being filed with eBay.
Terms of Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is cleared.
Please check your eBay email box and/or your JUNK mail box before asking for the tracking number.
We will ship to United States addresses only.
Local pick-up is available.
Discount Door Distributors Standard Shipping/Delivery charges are priced based on delivery to the job-site in one drop via motor freight to be offloaded by the recipient.
The transport company is not responsible to remove materials from the delivery truck.
Terms & Conditions
We offer a 7 day return policy on defective or incorrectly described items only.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Return must contain EBay # and our Return Authorization #.
Defective items will be refunded or replaced. (our choice)
Items that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused by anyone will not be refunded or replaced.
We reserve the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
We will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature arising from the sale of any item.
Shipping/Delivery options requiring additional charges:
Lift Gate: Offloading via lift gate must be arranged in advance, customer may not request lift gate service at the time of delivery.
Time Sensitive: A time sensitive delivery is any delivery scheduled by the carrier to the recipient at a predetermined time. The scheduled delivery must fall within the carrier’s standard delivery times of 9am-5pm.
Early/Late Time Sensitive: An early/late time sensitive delivery is a delivery request before or after the transports standard delivery time. This request will require additional charges, on top of the charges related to time sensitive delivery.
Multiple deliveries: If the project requires multiple drops additional charges will apply.
Damage: Any damage to the exterior of the shipping crate must be noted on the Bill Of Lading at the time of receipt and signature.
Refusal: If materials are not accepted at the scheduled time of delivery by the project superintendent additional charges will apply.
